Add Self-Respect and Self-Kindness to Your Repertoire
Monthly Group Discussion
Very often anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and self-criticism have roots in weak self-respect and kindness toward one’s own Self.
The persistent self-questioning and doubt of “what’s wrong with me and my efforts?", often recede as self-respect and self-kindness develop and feel natural.
How does self-respect and self-kindness rebalance the sense of responsibility toward a significant relationship?
How to develop self-respect and self kindness alongside a strong sense of duty and care.
What self-talk sustains self-respect and self kindness?
These key questions and the difficulties and joys of self-respect and kindness will be addressed and discussed.
This monthly confidential group is for any age adult. The group is limited to six participants for each hour and a half session.
