One of the ways I encourage people who are making their way through emotional pain and anxiety, is to write articles on alternative approaches to some typical relationship contexts in which these feelings often arise.
I call these examples "Jewels After the Ordeal" bc after sincere absorption and re-arranging of one's method of handling stressful emotions, the "Jewels" of feeling grounded and confident in oneself, develop.
