My practice is open as usual each day except Sundays, to both ongoing and new clients.
I offer both in person, Coronavirus compliant cleaning practices, sessions, and phone sessions.
Sessions remain an hour and a half of time, whether in person or by phone.
The sudden restrictions on daily living in most of the practical area of our lives creates its own type of work for everyone, regardless of how prepared or experienced any of us are for such conditions.
Fortunately no one is simply a type of organizing entity or manager of daily responsibilities.
As humans each of us has potential to reflect on our lives and relationships.
Whether this opens deeper appreciation or brings tension to our level of satisfaction and happiness with our lives and relationships, to examine meaning is to know specifics of what we'd like to change.
During this phase of restricted activity beyond our own four walls, if each time you feel irritated, annoyed, exasperated, profoundly touched, thankful, inspired with new aspects of yourself and people with whom you interact, pause to notice the context in which you felt this way.
Do you see a quality which until now you hadn't seen?
Do you see a quality in yourself or the other person which you've frequently seen and now feel ten times either more delightful or more aggravating?
If you pay attention to the circumstances and feelings of your involvement with others, take either mental or actual notes on your findings, then you will created a systematic and detailed log on what would be worthwhile to unfold for improvement in therapy!
