Relationship quality improves when it is heart based.  My therapy sessions increase your familiarity and expression of your heart, because each session relies on the following principles.

1. Expands awareness of your emotional needs.

In my practice this is achieved through questions about your emotion based logic. Relationships are emotion based dynamics, so people open up to themselves by identifying the ways in which they connect their inner emotional "dots".

2.Encourages recognition of the emotion based patterns within your personal history which are active today and either encourage or inhibit fully expressing your heart.

3.Offers protected space to consider best ways to dissolve whatever emotion based beliefs blur your way of knowing whether and how to genuinely give and take with someone who is meaningful to you.  

Dissolving layers of defense built over many years of hurtful, disappointing, sad, or aggravating interactions, naturally builds walls between yourself and those who may currently approach you sincerely and with love.

Patterns of anticipated harm will fall away from your interaction repertoire as you make progress to know the true you.

It is possible to change your understanding and response patterns from injured ones to secure ones based in the peacefulness of knowing one's heart.
