For anyone who'd like to work on their own with the basic tactics of family systems therapy, I offer a monthly, one and a half hour class on the Final Thursday of each month, at 5pm. Thanksgiving Day is excluded.
This class has two goals.
Explain the definition and philosophy of family and couples systems therapy.
Teach specific tactics for people to utilize on their own, on the most common reasons people decide to start working with a family and couples systems therapist.
The specific life areas discussed, such as home, relationship, romantic, self-expression of emotional needs, for example, depend on participant interest within each class.

Next class in this monthly series is Thursday January 26 at 5pm-6:30pm.
Since my office comfortably holds 8 people, plus myself, class size is limited to 8 people each month.
Each class is independent from the others, in terms of topics discussed and for enrolling.
The fee is $20 and payable on the day of the class.
